Sí. Ni se te ocurra salir. Si has encontrado confort en tu zona, quédate ahí. Disfrútalo. Y procura hacerlo más confortable todavía. Me certifiqué como coach hace ya siete años. Suena raro, ¿no? Cada vez demonizamos más a nuestra mente. Por pesada, por agotadora, por ceniza. Y nos montamos la película de pararla. Así. Como si tuviese un interruptor on/off.
